Appointments and Consultations

Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled when necessary. Appointment availability displayed online does not guarantee availability until the appointment has been successfully scheduled and confirmed.

PacketLogix may offer SMS/text messaging to customers and prospective customers who voluntarily opt in to receive messages.

PacketLogix does not charge a separate fee for receiving SMS communications, although your wireless carrier may do so under your mobile service plan.

SMS Opt-Out

You may stop receiving SMS messages at any time.

Reply STOP to opt out.

After you send STOP, you may receive a confirmation that your opt-out request has been processed. You will no longer receive SMS messages covered by that opt-out unless you subsequently provide consent again.

Opting out of SMS communications does not prevent you from communicating with PacketLogix through other available methods.

Wireless carriers and telecommunications providers are not responsible for the content of PacketLogix messages.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
