Background

We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven individual to help us execute our marketing campaigns to drive new client acquisition.   We have a marketing plan and calendar for the year broken down by week.  You will be helping us execute that plan.  We have everything in place and just need an energetic someone to fulfill this plan for us.  You will be working out of our Warren, RI office.  This is a part-time position of approximately 20 hours per week, and we are family-friendly and therefore flexible on hours.  We remain open to one person performing the tasks of a couple of our job openings.  We're flexible in working with you.

Position Responsibilities

  • Learn our marketing plan, campaigns, ideal client profile, and best practices via web-based training
  • Execute marketing campaigns involving mailers, phone calls, e-mails, social media connecting, and coordinating networking events
  • Printing, stuffing, and mailing letters and postcards to our prospects based on a campaign cadence
  • Editing letters and notecard templates to fit the needs of the marketing campaign
  • Maintain database (Infusionsoft/Keap) with returned mailers and internet research
  • Internet research for future marketing campaigns, updating database, and creating future mailers based on existing templates
  • Connecting with prospective clients via LinkedIn
  • Calling prospects to follow up on the mailers sent and scheduling introductory meetings
  • Schedule appointments for new and existing customers
  • Email weekly cybersecurity tips to local Chamber of Commerce
  • Update and generate weekly marketing reports
  • Posting to social media outlets with existing content and images
  • Other related tasks on an as-needed basis.

Mandatory Skills

  • Reliable, on-time attendance in our Warren, RI office
  • Very high level of honesty and personal integrity
  • Pleasant and effective interpersonal skills
  • Ability to follow directions and perform existing tasks to completion
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a professional office environment
  • 1-2 years of prior phone-based sales or appointment setting experience
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Preferences & Qualifications

  • Ability to transport mailers to the post office - when needed
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational, time-management, and follow-through skills.
  • Proficiency with social media (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Publer.io, etc.)
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Excellent oral and written communication
  • Always present a professional image
  • Outgoing personality, positive, high-energy, and efficient demeanor
  • Experience with MS Word, Infusionsoft (Keap), and social media posting.

Compensation

$19 per hour.  Incentives for qualified appointments scheduled and extra incentives if those appointments convert to clients.  Interested candidates should apply here:
